Holli Is a compassionate, wise, thoughtful therapist who helped me in ways words won’t do justice. I cannot recommend her enough if you are seeking someone who will make a difference in your current struggles. She provided me with multiple tools to allow me to do the work. While using the modalities of EMDR, IFS, and talk therapy she assisted me to walk through the fires of like and make it to the other side. She is professional with the perfect amount of empathy and kindness. Fortunately, I have been seeing Holli Adsit for the last 3 years.  Typically, in the past, I may have seen a therapist at the most for two years, some less than that. It seemed the majority of the therapists I've seen in the past have been (the nicest way to say) "self-serving", and in no way driven to help me overcome my issues.  Holli has always been kind, and very patient, but always focused on my mental health.
